When placing a delivery order Mad Hatter's Pizza charges a delivery fee which is based on the range the house is in therefore the price of the fee can vary. The fee is for insurance and is split in half with the driver therefore the DELIVERY fee is not a tip, but a charge for using the delivery option. In order to place a delivery the order must be a minimum of $15.
